Since 1956, Clayton Homes has been providing affordable, quality homes for various lifestyles. As a diverse builder, they offer traditional site built homes, modular homes, manufactured homes, and even tiny homes. Clayton (a Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary) believes everyone should be able to achieve the dream of home ownership. Keith Holdbrooks of Clayton Homes contacted Method-1 after touring Harris Doyle (homebuilders) in Birmingham. Clayton had recently acquired Harris Doyle and Method-1 had recently completed the interior of the Harris Doyle showroom. Keith was impressed by what he saw and wanted Method-1’s assistance with a new showroom they were building at their Knoxville office.

Method-1’s team went to work to learn exactly what the goal and needs were of the showroom. The design team developed a beautiful design that not only looked great, but also fit the needs of Clayton’s team who would be using the showroom on a day to day basis. Next, Method-1’s skilled carpenters fabricated everything from custom tables, a presentation wall and monitor wall to custom counters, overheads, work islands, and sample design walls. Their craftsmanship is so impressive! And, finally, our dedicated, hard working installers installed the built items on site at Clayton’s facility in Knoxville, TN. Method-1’s unique process allows companies like Clayton Homes to work with One Company from design all the way to installation with the end result being a gorgeous interior.
