From the very first brainstorming sessions, M-1 demonstrated clear thinking and a deep interest in understanding our story. As anyone who has built a house or business can attest, building a dream into reality comes with unexpected twists. Our project was no exception. That said, M-1 made the necessary pivots when the project required it and provided elegant solutions. I can say with gratitude and respect that we met our opening target date and stayed on budget! Now ACL fans can go deeper into the incredible journey of the longest running music series in history. We could not be more proud. Austin, the Live Music Capital of the World, now has an amazing destination to celebrate this enduring legacy.
