Ross Bridge is Birmingham, Alabama’s hottest selling new resort home community, featuring single family homes and town homes for sale by the area’s finest home builders. The property also features the world-class Ross Bridge Gold Resort & Spa. To help market the development, Method-1 designed, fabricated, and installed a first class sales center. The design incorporated some of the site’s industrial history in its architecture to showcase visual information about the community and lifestyle. Graphics were showcased through a series of vertical panels with integrated lighting and signage. Method-1 won the national award out of over 1400 entries from the National Sales and Marketing Council (part of the National Association of Home Builders). The award was for Best National Sales Pavilion for the Ross Bridge Sales Center.
