StoreEase is the self-storage industry's first Virtual Third Party Management Solution. The company has a unique customer experience when it comes to renting a storage unit. Through their technology platform, virtual management and VR assistant, "EVA," StoreEase lowers operating costs to increase owner profitability and asset value while improving the customer end experience. The VR assistant helps customers choose the correct unit size for their needs and the VR manager walks customers through the entire process from beginning to end. The scope of this project also includes aspects from our new division of Sensorial Marketing, which helps to create, connect and control the overall experience customers have with the brand. Within the space customers come in contact with specific scents and music along with digital components.
