Branding the world’s biggest stage

Raucous, aggressive, and pure New York attitude, the US Open is the world’s greatest tennis event, bringing thousands of fans to the Big Apple to watch tennis icons battle it out on the courts. We were brought on board to create a branded event environment for fans during this annual two week event.

In mid May 2023, one of our long time clients, the Knight Agency in Orlando Florida, reached out and asked us a question. They were working with their client, USTA, on a venture for the 2023 US Open in New York. USTA had challenged them to come up with a concept for an outdoor lounge that would serve as an elite experience for visitors at the OPEN in August and September. They wanted the lounge to convey a sense of inclusion for everyone who entered. It was important to the USTA that attendees at the Open get an all inclusive feeling of being a part of the action.Our creative design team went to work and within several weeks we had a concept and a design that the USTA absolutely loved. As our Sales and Sales Support staff worked alongside our Project Management team to get this design moving, our company President flew to New York to get a first hand look at the outdoor space that we would transform into a full experience lounge. We didn’t want to leave any stone unturned.The culmination of everyone’s efforts resulted in a three bay open air booth that was filled with interactive technology for the users full experience. Equipped with a 360 degree selfie station, multiple ipads and touch screens, there was something to interact with in each bay. The lounge will remain operational for the full three weeks of the US Open. Our staff was responsible for this project from start to finish. Concept to creation. Fabrication to installation. maintenance to dismantle, we are proud to have been a part of the 2023 US Open.
